Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Your privacy matters. This page explains what information Inksky collects (spoiler: not much), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Inksky does not collect personal data. We don’t have user accounts, logins, comment sections, newsletters, or any other feature that would ask you for personal information. You can read every article on this site without telling us anything about yourself.
We do not currently run any analytics on the site. In the future, we may addGoogle Analytics (GA4) to understand which articles are most helpful and how visitors find us. If and when we do, GA4 may set anonymous cookies (e.g. _ga, _ga_<container-id>) to track aggregate page views, session duration, and referral sources. No personally identifiable information is collected through this process. We will also provide a cookie consent mechanism so you can opt out before any analytics cookies are set.
How We Use Information
If we enable analytics in the future, the data will be used solely to help us understand which articles resonate with readers, so we can make better content decisions. We will never sell, share, or trade analytics data with third parties for their own use.
Cookies
This site does not currently set any cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled in the future, it will be the only source of cookies on the site, and those cookies will be limited to essential, anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, social media pixels, or any other third-party tracking technology.
Affiliate Links
Some pages contain affiliate links to retailers, including Amazon (as part of the Amazon Associates program). When you click one of these links and make a qualifying purchase, Inksky may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. The affiliate relationship is always disclosed directly on any page that contains these links.
Clicking an affiliate link does not give us any information about you. Amazon (or the relevant retailer) may set its own cookies and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.
Advertising
Inksky does not currently display advertisements or use any advertising-related cookies. If this changes (e.g. if Google AdSense is added at a later date), this policy will be updated and a consent management mechanism will be provided for visitors in applicable regions before personalized ads are served.
Third-Party Services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process visitor IP addresses and request metadata as part of its CDN and security services. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details on their data handling practices.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If we make material changes to how we handle data, we’ll note them clearly at the top of the page.
